Violet Kalta
Dan Whitfield | Managing Partner & Director of Operations Dan serves as the operational backbone of Atlantic Horizon. With over 40 years of business and entrepreneurial experience—including 25 years specifically in real estate investment and property management—Dan brings seasoned judgment to every decision.
He holds a Florida CAM license (#64702) and two Florida Real Estate Broker licenses, ensuring your association is managed with strict adherence to state regulations and professional standards. Dan is your community’s primary advocate, focused on responsive, hands-on management.
Violet Kalta | Director of Finance Violet leads our financial operations, ensuring fiscal health and transparency for every association we manage. She combines a strong accounting background with her experience as a Florida-licensed Realtor and Property Manager.
Violet oversees all budgeting, financial reporting, and reserve analysis, working closely with our CPA partners to ensure your Board has a clear, accurate picture of the community’s finances at all times.
